Upon reciept, we will contact you to arrange a home visit to review your job routine and time requirements. On our first visit with you we will complete the service aggrements and payment arrangements, as well as all security codes and keys.

With Pristine, customers pay in advance or on the same day that the cleaning service has been completed. If you choose to pay in advance and decide to suspend your cleaning (which you may do at any time provided you contact us within 24 hours) your unused hours will be there when you resume.
